3 Ingredient Nutella Cookies


Makes 12 cookies

240g Nutella

150g Plain flour

1 Large free range egg

(1 handful of dark chocolate buttons optional)

Here’s how

Pre heat the oven to 180°C.

Add the Nutella and egg together in a large bowl.

Mix until well combined, then add the flour.

At this point you can add an additional flavouring if you like nuts, choc chips or dried fruit.

The mixture will form a thick dough but should be moist enough to roll into balls.

Use an ice cream scoop or wet hands to shape into 12 portions.

Place cookies on your baking sheet and flatten them slightly with your fingertips or the bottom of a glass.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, until they are cooked around the edges and still slightly soft in the middle.

Let the cookies sit on the baking tray for 5 minutes before transferring.
