California Prune Smoothies
The test kitchen is full of delicious ingredients (including California Prunes) this morning, and we started the day by creating this delicious fruity California Prunes smoothie. By using Californian Prunes and water to replace fruit juice, we’ve created a vibrant smoothie that’s bursting with flavour and natural sweetness.
100g California Prunes
Wash and chop the strawberries and place in a blender
Peel and chop the mango. Add to the blender
Wash the raspberries and add to the blender with the California Prunes and water
Blitz in the blender until smooth – it should only take a minute
Pour into two glasses, and enjoy!
If the smoothie is a little too thick for your liking, add a little extra water, or even some natural yoghurt If you’re not keen on seeds, pour the smoothie through a sieve before drinking You could always save one of the smoothies for later – just pop it into the fridge
