40g brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
130g golden syrup
Squeeze the lemon juice over the raisins and leave in a bowl to soak for 5 minutes.
Peel, core and dice the apple into small pieces.
Add the apples into a shallow non-stick pan with the sugar and cinnamon.
Cook the apples for 5 minutes, then add the butter, soaked raisins and golden syrup.
Bring the mixture up to the boil, then add the oat and stir together.
Remove from the heat and transfer into a lined 20cm square brownie tin.
Bake in a preheated oven 170c for 30 minutes.
