Honey and garlic infusion
10 cloves garlic
Peel the garlic, then crack the cloves open by hit the clove with the side of your knife this will open up the flavour and speed up the Infussion.
Place the garlic into a pan with the honey.
Put the pan on a low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Pour the honey and garlic into a clean jam jar, it will keep well for a good couple of weeks.
